Description
The LANEAN project addresses the challenges of the cross-border labour market in the AFOMEF territory, where linguistic, legal, fiscal, and informational barriers hinder its development. Its goal is to create an integrated employment basin across the three territories, enhancing coordination and mutual understanding of the labour ecosystem. With a cross-border approach as an added value, LANEAN helps overcome these barriers through cooperation between the involved territories.
Main actions
- Develop a shared diagnosis of cross-border flows and labor market complementarities.
- Establish a network of cross-border agents to promote mutual understanding and cooperation through agreements and working groups.
- Provide services and information points through cross-border tools and resources, informational sessions, and job discovery activities.
